Terms of Use Update
- All our kits are for personal use ONLY.
- You may re-size and colorize them to suit to your works.
- Don’t change the names of the file
- Don’t claim them as your own.
- Do not share through other links,emails, online groups or forums, re-sell or use to create new kits.
- Feel free to create tutorials, blog layouts but, please, always credit me and link back to our blog.
- Do not use any piece whole or in part to create a new product, such as: Templates, Overlays, Kits, Freebies, Elements, etc.
- Do not copy any part of our kits, colors or themes to make your own kits. Inspiration is one thing but straight up copying is just rude.
- Things we like ( the things you may do)
- Create tags and element items to sell in scrapbook kits. These items must be flatten into a single layer.
- Recolor and/or re-size for your needs.
- Use “As Is” as long as it is colored and re-sized.
- Use in FTU and/or PTU kits
- Use to create blog/website layouts but credit must be given to us in the footer and linked to our blog/store.
- Take our own product and mix it with our own products ONLY!
- Give us credit in your kit notepads. Its not a must but it is liked a lot :D
Things we do not like (the things you MAY NOT do)
- Redistribute this product, in part or whole, in any way, this includes CD/DVD, graphic collections, email, group or website links.
- Create anything using these digital products for resale as a commercial digital file.
- Share and/or upload to i.e. Rapidshare, 4shared for massive download. Always direct people to our blog/stores for the download/purchase.
- Re-sell as they are.
- Use any piece whole or in part to create Brushes, Preset Shapes, Templates,Scripts or new Elements. This means you can not take something from one of our products and put it with a product of another designer. (example taking a kitty of ours and putting it on another designer’s skull or cupcake.)
- Use our products to make element packs for Commercial Use or Personal Use.
- Make a kit using ONLY our stuff. Your kit can only contain no more than 30% of our CU items. *see chart below if your confused*
- Add your own copyright to anything you make with our products. Since you did not create it yourself its not yours. So you need to have people say scraps by or however to credit you for your kit.
- Copy anything of ours in full or in part. This means you can not use our products to make your own products, pull apart our scripts to learn to script or copy any part of our scripts or templates. Please do not copy our ideas and products in anyway. Again Inspiration is one thing but flat out copying our work is just rude.
- Use any of our scripts, templates or products as your “logo” without our written consent. This means on your product preview you can not have our product on your preview because you are using us to sell you and this requires our ok.
